Returns & Refunds policy

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you may request a replacement if:

  1. You contact the artist within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. You provide photo or video evidence of the damage and the packaging.

  3. The damage is verified as a shipping issue.

If approved, a replacement of the same item will be created and shipped at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for damaged items—only replacements. I inspect and take a picture and document each piece before shipping out to ensure that nothing but the best quality reach you.

Custom Commissions

Custom artwork is made specifically for you, and therefore:

  • Refunds are not available

  • Exchanges are not available

  • Cancellations are not accepted once work has begun

Because the process includes continuous updates, progress photos, and design confirmations, you are involved throughout the creation of the piece to ensure satisfaction.
